How it plays

Unchained Thief

The Unchained Thief is a master of mixed fighting. A separate path from Unchained Rogue and Unchained Assassin, it boasts a limited selection of skills from both the Assassin and the Rogue branches.

The Max Job Level of the Unchained Thief is 50. Once an Unchained Thief reaches Base Level 100, they can evolve into a Phantom Thief.

Requirement to change job: Thieves must deliver a MVP Prize Box to the corresponding Master in the room.

The job change quest

Start
Alkouskou, Unchained Training Hall va_orpha 287,113
Required
  • Thief Job Level 50
  • No specialisation taken yet
  • An MVP Prize Box with random options
What you do
  • Tell Alkouskou you are ready to change your life.
  • Hand over the MVP Prize Box. He keeps it.
What you get
  • The Unchained Thief job
  • Every skill in the tree, learned for you on the spot
  • Job level 49, so you arrive one level off the cap

The hall is sealed off and no warp leads in. The Unchained Assassin standing outside the Orphanage, at va_orpha 314,370, is the door: talk to her and she walks you in. She opens it for a Thief at Job Level 50 who took no specialisation, and for an Assassin or a Rogue at Base Level 99 who never took one either.
